Biography
Ethan Embry is an American actor. Born Ethan Philan Randall, he began his career as a child actor with roles in the films Dutch (1991), All I Want for Christmas (1991) and A Far Off Place (1993). He gained recognition for supporting work in Empire Records (1995) and lead roles in Evolver (1995) and That Thing You Do! (1996).
Embry starred in the teen comedy Can't Hardly Wait (1998) and appeared in Vegas Vacation (1997), Sweet Home Alabama (2002) and Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle (2004). Later film roles include First Man (2018) as Pete Conrad and Blindspotting (2018). On television he played Coyote Bergstein in the Netflix series Grace and Frankie (2015–2022) and has appeared in The Walking Dead and Once Upon a Time.
His recent credits include Christy (2025), Scream 7 (2026) and the role of Sam Bowers in By Any Means (2026).
