Biography

Fiona Glascott is an Irish actress. She was born on 22 November 1982 in Waterford, Ireland, and grew up in Carrick-on-Suir, County Tipperary. She began her career in theatre, appearing in productions in Dublin and London's West End, including The Country Wife at the Haymarket, Hitchcock Blonde at the Royal Court and Lyric Theatre, and The Seagull at the Corn Exchange.

Glascott is known for her film roles as Rose Lacey in Brooklyn (2015), Carmel Quinlan in The Siege of Jadotville (2016), and the young Minerva McGonagall in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018) and Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore (2022). She received an Irish Film and Television Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress for Goldfish Memory (2003). Her television credits include recurring roles in Indian Summers (2015–2016) and Julia (2022–2023), and guest appearances in Midsomer Murders and Death in Paradise.

In 2014 she married actor Tom Brooke.
