Biography
Frank Pando is a Chilean-American actor and writer. Born in Valparaíso, Chile, on 18 November 1971, he began his screen career in 1999.
He is known for recurring roles as Agent Frank Grasso in The Sopranos (1999–2007) and appearances in series including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Blacklist, Blindspot, Chicago Fire and New Amsterdam. Film credits include Man on a Ledge (2012), Money Monster (2016) and You Were Never Really Here (2017), in which he played Angel. He has also worked in theatre, including a Broadway production of A Streetcar Named Desire (2005).
