Biography
Gina Gallego is an American actress born in Los Angeles, California. She began her career in the late 1970s with film and television roles, including a debut in The Champ (1979) and a regular part in the primetime soap Flamingo Road (1981–1982).
Gallego had regular roles in daytime soaps such as Rituals (1984–1985), Santa Barbara (1985–1989) and Generations (1990). Her film credits include Erin Brockovich (2000) as Ms. Sanchez, Minority Report (2002), Mr. Deeds (2002) and Anger Management (2003). She has also appeared in series including Grey's Anatomy, Shameless, NCIS and Station 19.
From 2015 to 2019 she played Mrs. Hernandez in the CW series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. She is married to actor and producer Joel Bailey.
