Biography
Hannah Gordon (born Hannah Campbell Grant Gordon, 9 April 1941) is a Scottish actress and presenter. She was born in Edinburgh and trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, followed by a year at the repertory theatre in Dundee. She is sometimes credited under her married name Hannah Warwick.
Gordon is known for her television work, including leading roles in the sitcom My Wife Next Door (1972), the period drama Upstairs, Downstairs (1974–75), Telford's Change (1979) and Joint Account (1989–90). She appeared in the final episode of One Foot in the Grave (2000) and presented the Channel 4 series Watercolour Challenge (1998–2001).
Her film roles include Spring and Port Wine (1970), the voice of Hyzenthlay in the animated Watership Down (1978), Mrs Treves in David Lynch's The Elephant Man (1980) and Colin's mother in Made of Honor (2008).
