Biography
Howard Billingham is a British film and television editor. He worked on the BBC political drama series House of Cards (1990), adapted from the novel by Michael Dobbs.
Billingham's other credits include episodes of the long-running series Doctor Who (1963), such as the 1971 story The Mind of Evil, as well as An Ungentlemanly Act (1992) and various BBC productions from the 1960s to the 1990s.
