Biography
Ilana Wernick is an American television writer and producer. She wrote episodes of Modern Family and served as consulting producer and co-executive producer on the series from 2010 to 2011.
Her other credits include writing and producing work on The King of Queens (1998), The Middle (2009), 'Til Death (2006), Mom (2013), Life in Pieces (2015) and Maggie (2022). She also contributed to earlier series such as Recess (1997) and The PJs (1999). As co-executive producer on Modern Family, she shared in a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series in 2011.
