Biography
Jaeden Martell (born Jaeden Lieberher) is an American actor. He began his career as a child actor under the name Lieberher, with early roles in the comedy drama St. Vincent (2014) and the science fiction film Midnight Special (2016). His performance in St. Vincent earned a nomination for the Critics' Choice Movie Award for Best Young Performer.
Martell played the title character in The Book of Henry (2017) before his breakthrough portraying Bill Denbrough in the horror films It (2017) and It Chapter Two (2019). He appeared as Jacob Thrombey in Rian Johnson's Knives Out (2019). Subsequent roles include the miniseries Defending Jacob (2020) and the films Metal Lords (2022) and Y2K (2024). In 2019 he adopted his mother's maiden name, Martell, professionally.
