Biography
James L. Schoppe is an American production designer and art director. He worked in film from 1972 to 2006.
Schoppe served as art director on Return of the Jedi (1983) and received an Academy Award nomination for Best Art Direction for the film. His other production design credits include Being There (1979, as art director), Revenge of the Nerds (1984), Over the Top (1987), Vice Versa (1988) and Color of Night (1994).
