Biography
Jonathan Chibnall is a film and television editor, also credited as John Chibnall. His credits include work as editor on the series For All Mankind (2019).
He began his career in the editorial department on feature films such as Edward Scissorhands (1990), Hot Shots! (1991) and xXx (2002). He has since edited films including The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (2006), Felon (2008), Snitch (2013) and Incarnate (2016), and television series including Marvel's Jessica Jones (2015–2019), Marvel's Daredevil (2015–2018), Marvel's Iron Fist (2017), Altered Carbon (2018), The Boys (2020) and Wu-Tang: An American Saga (2021).
Originally from England, Chibnall attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead Scholar, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Film. He began working in the United States on the film King Kong Lives (1986) in Wilmington, North Carolina.
