Biography
Karen Joseph Adcock is a television writer and producer. She grew up in a small town in Louisiana and holds a BA in film studies from Columbia University and an MFA in TV writing and producing from Loyola Marymount University.
Her credits include writing and producing on the series Bait (2026). On The Bear (2022–), she has worked as a writer, story editor, executive story editor and producer. She has also written episodes of Yellowjackets (2021), Atlanta (2016), Swarm (2023), How I Met Your Father (2022) and We Baby Bears (2022).
Adcock has received Writers Guild of America awards and nominations for her work on The Bear, as well as a Peabody Award shared with the Atlanta writing team.
