Biography
Laura Haddock is a British actress. Born on 21 August 1985 in Enfield, London, she was raised in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, and trained at the Arts Educational School in Chiswick.
She made her television debut in the 2008 Comedy Showcase pilot Plus One and went on to appear in series including Honest, Monday Monday, How Not to Live Your Life, Luther and Da Vinci's Demons (as Lucrezia Donati). Film roles include Alison in The Inbetweeners Movie (2011), an autograph seeker in Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), Meredith Quill in the Guardians of the Galaxy films (2014 and 2017) and Viviane Wembly in Transformers: The Last Knight (2017).
Later credits include Max Meladze in The Recruit (2022), Myrna Dalgleish in Downton Abbey: A New Era (2022) and Lisa in the series What It Feels Like for a Girl (2025). She has also appeared in Ted Lasso.
