Biography
Lianne Halfon is an American film producer and partner in the independent production company Mr. Mudd, which she co-founded in 1998 with John Malkovich and Russell Smith.
Her credits include House of Cards (1993), Ghost World (2001), The Libertine (2004), Art School Confidential (2006), Juno (2007), Young Adult (2011), Jeff, Who Lives at Home (2012), The Perks of Being a Wallflower (2012), Labor Day (2013) and Demolition (2016). She received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture for Juno and Independent Spirit Awards for Juno and The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
Since 2018, Halfon has served as Head of the Producing Discipline at the AFI Conservatory. She has also produced documentaries including Crumb (1994) and Which Way Home (2009).
