Biography
Malcolm Storry is an English actor born on 13 January 1948 in Kingston upon Hull. He trained at Bretton Hall College and began his career in theatre as an assistant stage manager in Manchester in 1969 before becoming a regular performer with the Royal Shakespeare Company in the 1970s and 1980s.
His stage work includes productions for the National Theatre and roles such as Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream. On screen he is known for appearances in Firefox (1982), The Princess Bride (1987) as Yellin, The Last of the Mohicans (1992), The Man Who Knew Too Little (1997), Darkest Hour (2017) as General Ironside, Doc Martin (2004–2017) as Clive Tishell, and The English (2022).
