Biography
Marco Bittner Rosser is a production designer and art director. He trained as an architect, studying at the Technical University in Darmstadt, the University of East London and graduating from the University of the Arts (UDK) in Berlin.
He began working in film in 1999 as a set designer on Enemy at the Gates at Studio Babelsberg. He has since served as art director, supervising art director and production designer on international productions, collaborating with directors including Quentin Tarantino on Inglourious Basterds (2009), the Wachowskis on V for Vendetta (2005) and Speed Racer (2008), Guillermo del Toro on Hellboy (2004), Jim Jarmusch on Only Lovers Left Alive (2013), Steven Spielberg on Bridge of Spies (2015) and Todd Field on Tár (2022).
He won a Chlotrudis Award in 2015 for his production design on Only Lovers Left Alive.
