Biography
Matthew Cornwell is an American actor. He began acting in high school and later earned a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech, having previously studied at Duke University. He has been based in Atlanta since 2000.
Cornwell has appeared in numerous films and television series. His credits include roles in The Walking Dead (as Evans), Venom (2018, as Ops Director), The Fate of the Furious (2017, as Super Jet Tech), We're the Millers (2013, as Dan Johnson), The Menu (2022, as Dale/Coast Guard Officer), Den of Thieves (2018, as Bank Manager), and Dirty Grandpa (2016). On television he has had guest and recurring roles in series including Halt and Catch Fire, Under the Dome, The Tomorrow War (2021, as Frank), and Vacation (2015). In 2026 he played Bill Ragsdale in the series R.J. Decker.
