Biography
Maulik Pancholy is an American actor. He played Jonathan, the assistant to Jack Donaghy, on the NBC series 30 Rock (2006–2013). Other television roles include Sanjay Patel on Weeds (2005–2012) and the voice of Baljeet Tjinder on Phineas and Ferb (2007–2015).
Pancholy studied theatre at Northwestern University and received an MFA from the Yale School of Drama. His credits include appearances in The Sopranos, 27 Dresses, Elementary, Star Trek: Discovery and Only Murders in the Building. He has performed on Broadway in It’s Only a Play and other stage productions.
He is the author of the novels The Best at It (2019) and Nikhil Out Loud (2022).
