Biography
Meredith M. Nicholson (11 March 1913 – 18 August 2005) was an American cinematographer. Born in Crawfordsville, Indiana, he worked on low-budget feature films in the late 1950s before moving primarily to television.
He contributed to series including The Fugitive (1963), for which he received a Primetime Emmy nomination, Get Smart (1965), The Invaders (1967), MASH (1972) and Mork & Mindy* (1978). In 1953 he was one of the co-founders of Panavision, where he worked as an administrator while taking occasional camera jobs; he left the company in 1960 to focus on cinematography full time.
