Biography
Michael Beasley is an American actor. Born on 13 June 1968 in Omaha, Nebraska, he is the son of actor John Beasley. He played professional basketball overseas before pursuing acting full time from 2005, after his father performed in a production of Jitney in Atlanta.
Beasley has appeared in numerous films and television series. His credits include Flight (2012) as Officer Edmonds, The Nice Guys (2016) as the bartender at the car show, The Accountant (2016) as the FBI agent in charge, Jumanji: The Next Level (2019) as Coach Davis (uncredited), Shazam! Fury of the Gods (2023) as Colonel Cheesesteak, and The Naked Gun (2025) as Detective Taylor. He has had recurring roles in series such as Swagger (2021–2023) as Mr Marksby and Rap Sh!t (2022–2023) as Uncle Calvin.
