Biography
Michael Ferris is an American screenwriter. With his writing partner John Brancato he co-wrote the screenplays for The Net (1995), The Game (1997), Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003), Catwoman (2004), Primeval (2007), Terminator Salvation (2009), Surrogates (2009) and The Hunter's Prayer (2017).
Brancato and Ferris met while both were editors of The Harvard Lampoon at Harvard University. Their partnership ended in 2015. Ferris subsequently wrote two episodes of the animated series The Simpsons: "'Paths of Glory" (2015) and "From Russia Without Love" (2018).
