Biography
Michael Simmonds is a cinematographer whose credits include The Exorcist: Believer (2023) and the series Scarpetta (2026). He has worked frequently with director David Gordon Green, serving as director of photography on the Halloween trilogy (Halloween in 2018, Halloween Kills in 2021 and Halloween Ends in 2022) as well as The Exorcist: Believer.
Other notable films include Nerve (2016), Project Power (2020), The Lunchbox (2013) and Paranormal Activity 2 (2010). He has also shot episodes of the series The Righteous Gemstones (2019–2025).
