Biography
Michael Starke is a British actor born on 13 November 1957 in Liverpool. He is best known for playing Thomas 'Sinbad' Sweeney in the Channel 4 soap opera Brookside from 1984 to 2000.
Starke has appeared in numerous television series and films. His credits include Jerry Morton in Coronation Street (2007–2008), Kenneth Hopkirk in The Royal, Arthur in The 51st State (2001) and Dave in Distant Voices, Still Lives (1988). He has also featured in Casualty, The Virtues, Benidorm and The Responder.
