Biography
Michael Wale is a Canadian cinematographer and director. He began his career as a camera trainee on The X-Files and worked as a camera assistant and operator on series including So Weird, Just Cause and The L Word.
As a director of photography, Wale has shot the final season of Smallville, the final season of Fringe, the first two seasons of Continuum, multiple seasons of iZombie and episodes of Yellowjackets. He has also directed episodes of iZombie. He received ASC and CSC nominations for his work on Smallville and won a Leo Award for Continuum in 2014.
