Biography
Mike Pniewski is an American actor. Born in Los Angeles, California, he graduated from UCLA in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and won the Natalie Wood Acting Award.
He has worked in film and television for over forty years, with more than one hundred television credits. His film roles include appearances in Beverly Hills Cop (1984), Spaceballs (1987), A Time to Kill (1996), Remember the Titans (2000), The Founder (2016), American Made (2017) and Richard Jewell (2019). Television work includes recurring roles in Madam Secretary and Hightown, as well as guest appearances in Ozark, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and The Sopranos. He played Jim Pruss in the 2026 series His & Hers.
Pniewski has written short films including Mend and served as Georgia’s representative on the SAG National Board and as Atlanta Local First Vice-President of SAG-AFTRA.
