Biography
Michael Rohl, also credited as Mike Rohl or Michael J. Rohl, is a Canadian television director and producer. He began his career in improv comedy as a member of the Vancouver Theatre Sports League before working as an assistant director on Canadian productions and making his directorial debut with the 1998 feature Zacharia Farted.
Rohl has directed episodes of numerous series, including Smallville (2001), Supernatural (2005), Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (2008), Continuum (2012), Shadowhunters (2016) and Reign (2013). He is also known for directing the Netflix films The Princess Switch (2018) and its sequels. He is the father of actress Kacey Rohl.
