Biography
Monty DeGraff is a television editor and occasional director. He received his first editing credit on the second-season episode "Q Who" of Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987) in 1989, having previously worked as an assistant editor on the series. He went on to edit 29 episodes of Law & Order (1990) between 1995 and 1999.
DeGraff has edited episodes of numerous series including Daredevil (2015–2016), Designated Survivor (2016), The Man in the High Castle (2018–2019), Narcos: Mexico (2018) and Power Book III: Raising Kanan (2021–2022), on which he has also directed episodes. He is a member of the American Cinema Editors and has mentored assistant editors. He is married to producer Lynne Southerland.
