Biography
Nicholas Bell is an English actor. Born on 15 August 1958 in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, he has worked primarily in Australia since the late 1980s.
He is known for film roles including Ben Rosen in Shine (1996), Mr Rain in Dark City (1998), McCloy's Accountant in Mission: Impossible II (2000), and Senator Eastland in Elvis (2022). Bell has appeared regularly with the Melbourne Theatre Company and on Australian television, including The Games and Stingers.
In 2001 he accepted the TV Week Logie Award for Most Outstanding Comedy Program on behalf of the cast and crew of The Games. He has also recorded numerous audiobooks.
