Biography
Nick Blake is a New Zealand actor. He is credited as Francois Moraneu in the CIV Engineer Team in District 9 (2009).
He has appeared in several films directed or produced by Peter Jackson, including as Percy in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (2013) and The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (2014). Other film roles include the Waving Aviator in Mortal Engines (2018), a taxi driver in Black Sheep (2006) and Tobias Popanovich in The Rule of Jenny Pen (2024). On television he has played Jakob in The Brokenwood Mysteries (2018) and appeared in Shortland Street (2024).
