Biography
Nick Hobbs was a stunt performer, stunt coordinator and occasional actor. He worked in the film and television industry for over five decades, with credits including stunts on An American Werewolf in London (1981), Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984), Batman (1989), Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (1991), Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), Thor: The Dark World (2013) and Wonder Woman (2017).
Hobbs also took small acting roles, including the Taxi Driver in Closer (2004). He appeared in episodes of Doctor Who in both the original and revived series. He died on 29 December 2024 in London.
