Biography
Paul Schneider is an American actor. He was born on 16 March 1976 in Asheville, North Carolina, and graduated with a BFA from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. He has been active since the mid-1990s.
Schneider is known for his role as Dick Liddil in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (2007). He played Mark Brendanawicz in the first two seasons of the television series Parks and Recreation (2009–10). Other film roles include All the Real Girls (2003), Elizabethtown (2005), Lars and the Real Girl (2007), Bright Star (2009), Water for Elephants (2011) and Café Society (2016). He has also been credited as Otto Peotomy.
For his performance as Charles Armitage Brown in Bright Star (2009), Schneider shared the National Society of Film Critics Award for Best Supporting Actor. He received the Best Actor in a Narrative Feature award at the Tribeca Film Festival for Goodbye to All That (2014).
