Biography
Penn Jillette is an American actor, magician and author. He is best known as the speaking half of the comedy magic duo Penn & Teller.
Jillette was born on 5 March 1955 in Greenfield, Massachusetts. He trained at Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Clown College and formed the Penn & Teller act in the early 1980s. The pair have performed on stage and television for decades, including the series Penn & Teller: Bullshit!.
As an actor he has appeared in films including Hackers (1995) and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998), and provided voice work for Toy Story (1995) and episodes of The Simpsons. He is credited as himself on the 2026 series Stuart Fails to Save the Universe.
