Biography

Perry Andelin Blake is a production designer. He grew up in Los Angeles and is the grandson of a Hollywood scenic artist. After earning a master's degree in architecture from Harvard University, he worked with architect Frank Gehry before designing sets for commercials and moving into feature films.

Blake's first feature as production designer was Billy Madison (1995). He has had a long collaboration with Adam Sandler, serving as production designer on films including Happy Gilmore (1996), The Wedding Singer (1998), Big Daddy (1999), Click (2006), Grown Ups (2010), Just Go with It (2011), Blended (2014), Murder Mystery (2019) and Hustle (2022). He also directed the 2002 comedy The Master of Disguise.
