Biography
Peter Whitmore is a British television producer and director. He worked extensively on BBC comedy series from the 1970s onwards.
He served as producer and director on Yes Minister (1980) for series two and three, and on the sequel series Yes, Prime Minister (1986). His other credits include producing and directing episodes of The Two Ronnies, Dave Allen at Large, Terry and June and Potter.
Whitmore won two BAFTA Awards.
