Biography
Rachel Feldman is an American film and television director and screenwriter. Born in New York City on 22 August 1954, she began her career as a child actor before training as a director, earning an MFA from New York University.
She has directed episodes of numerous series, including Criminal Minds (2020), The Rookie (2019), Blue Bloods (2019–2020), Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman (1993–1994) and Picket Fences (1994). Her feature credits include writing and directing She's No Angel (2001) and directing the 2024 film Lilly, starring Patricia Clarkson.
Feldman has chaired the Directors Guild of America Women's Steering Committee and advocates for gender parity in the industry.
