Biography

Rob Moran is an American actor and producer. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, on 12 May 1963, he graduated from Emerson College and began his career with an apprenticeship at the Actors Theatre of Louisville before appearing in films from the mid-1980s.

He is noted for supporting roles in several films directed by the Farrelly brothers, including Dumb and Dumber (1994), Kingpin (1996), There's Something About Mary (1998), Me, Myself & Irene (2000), Shallow Hal (2001) and Hall Pass (2011). Moran played Arthur Carlin in the series South of Nowhere and appeared in You're Next (2011), Star Trek Into Darkness (2013) and Blended (2014). He has also worked as a producer on several projects.

Moran is married to television host Julie Moran.
