Biography
Rob Spera is an American director and writer of film and television. He has directed episodes of Supernatural (2013) and Criminal Minds (2007–2012), as well as Army Wives and Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior.
His film credits include Leprechaun in the Hood (2000), on which he also contributed the story and co-produced, Sexual Predator (2001), a segment of the television film Fathers and Sons (2005, which he also wrote), and The Sweet Life (2016).
Spera has a background in theatre as Resident Director at the Tony Award-winning Actors Theatre of Louisville, where he directed over seventy-five productions. He taught directing fellows at the American Film Institute Conservatory for twenty years.
