Biography
Roger Goldby is a British film and television director, writer and producer. He was born on 10 March 1966.
Goldby directed episodes of several British series, including three episodes of Call the Midwife in 2013 and ten episodes of The Durrells between 2016 and 2019. Other directing credits include Death in Paradise (2011), Hustle (2011–2012), The Musketeers (2016), Inspector George Gently (2015), Dalgliesh (2024) and Belgravia: The Next Chapter (2024).
His short film It's Good to Talk (1997), which he also wrote, received an Academy Award nomination for Best Live Action Short Film.
