Biography
Scott Bushnell was an American film producer and costume designer. Born Carol Anne Scott on 18 July 1937 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, she graduated from Denison University and began her career in film as casting director on California Split (1974).
She maintained a long collaboration with director Robert Altman, serving as associate producer and costume designer on Nashville (1975) and holding associate producer, producer or executive producer credits on films including 3 Women (1977), Popeye (1980), Come Back to the 5 & Dime Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean (1982), The Player (1992) and Short Cuts (1993). She also worked as associate producer on several films by Alan Rudolph.
Bushnell died on 13 July 2006 in Burbank, California. She was survived by her sister, talent manager Jeri Scott; her sister, actress Debralee Scott, had died the previous year.
