Biography
Seymour Robbie (1919–2004) was an American television director whose career spanned nearly four decades. He began directing in 1951 with the series Down You Go and went on to helm episodes of game shows, crime dramas, action-adventure programmes and sitcoms.
Robbie directed one episode of Mission: Impossible in 1970. His other credits include episodes of Bewitched (1964), Lost in Space (1965), The Green Hornet (1966), F Troop (1966), Hawaii Five-O (1969), Kojak (1973), Wonder Woman (1975), Barnaby Jones (1973–79), Remington Steele (1982–87), Murder, She Wrote (1984–89), Sledge Hammer! (1986) and Matlock (1986). He also directed the theatrical films C.C. and Company (1970) and Marco (1973). His final credit was on Father Dowling Mysteries in 1990.
