Biography
Shola Adewusi is a British actress of Nigerian descent. She trained in law before turning to acting and has worked extensively in stage, television, film and radio.
Her television credits include a main role as Auntie Olu in the CBS series Bob Hearts Abishola (2019–2024), appearances in Chewing Gum, Little Miss Jocelyn, Emmerdale and The Bill, and the 2026 BBC series Small Prophets as Olive. Film roles include First Ms Peters in Paddington 2 (2017), Rosemary Hopwood in Christopher Robin (2018) and parts in Quartet (2012) and A Long Way Down (2014).
Adewusi has contributed to numerous BBC World Service radio productions and works with the Intermission Youth Theatre.
