Biography

Simon Bowles is a British production designer. He trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and entered the film industry from a theatre background.

His credits include production design on The Descent (2005), Pride (2014), Belle (2013), Johnny English Strikes Again (2018), The Son (2022) and A Quiet Place: Day One (2024). He has received multiple British Film Designers Guild awards, including for A Quiet Place: Day One and Johnny English Strikes Again, and was nominated for The Son.
