Biography
Steve Bannos is an American actor and writer. He was born on 5 August 1960 in Chicago, Illinois. He studied acting at Drake University.
Bannos is known for playing Frank Kowchevski in the series Freaks and Geeks (1999–2000), on which he also worked as a writer. He has appeared in numerous films, often in small roles in productions by Judd Apatow and Paul Feig, including The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005), Superbad (2007), Pineapple Express (2008), Bridesmaids (2011), The Heat (2013) and Spy (2015).
As a writer, Bannos contributed to Freaks and Geeks, Recess (1998–1999), Doug (1997) and Saturday Night Live. He has also acted in series such as Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide (2004–2007) and Love (2016–2018).
