Biography
Steven Rasch is a film and television editor, also credited as Steve Rasch. He grew up in Syracuse and attended Colgate University as an English major. He later studied at the AFI Conservatory’s directing programme after working in Boston’s comedy scene, where he edited and directed short films.
Rasch has edited all ten seasons of the HBO series Curb Your Enthusiasm (2000–2024), serving as supervising editor on many episodes and also as music supervisor. His other credits include the feature films Dumb and Dumber To (2014), Serious Moonlight (2009) and The Confirmation (2016), as well as episodes of Veep, Modern Family and Young Sheldon. He won a Primetime Emmy Award for editing the Curb Your Enthusiasm episode “Palestinian Chicken” and has received multiple ACE Eddie Awards, including for Curb Your Enthusiasm and Veep.
