Biography
Stuart Bowman is a Scottish actor. He was born on 15 November 1965 in Dundee and trained at Mountview Theatre School.
Bowman is known for his role as Stephen Hunter-Dunn in the BBC series Bodyguard (2018), as Alexandre Bontemps in the series Versailles (2015–2018), and as Sergeant Thomson in Gary: Tank Commander (2009–2012). His other television credits include Guilt, Grantchester, The Serpent and Alex Rider. Film roles include Slow West (2015) and appearances in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (2022) and Here (2024).
