Biography
Susan J. Blommaert is an American actress. She was born on 13 October 1947 and has been active since 1987.
She is known for her recurring role as Mr. Kaplan on the series The Blacklist (2013–2021) and as Judge Rebecca Steinman in Law & Order (1991–2004), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999–) and Law & Order: Trial by Jury (2005). She has also appeared as a judge in other legal dramas including The Practice and Bull.
Her film credits include Pet Sematary (1989), Edward Scissorhands (1990), United 93 (2006) as Jane Folger, Doubt (2008), Confessions of a Shopaholic (2009) and John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum (2019).
