Biography
Suzie Toase, also credited as Suzanne Toase, is a British actress. She was born in 1979 in Lancashire, England.
Trained as a dancer at the London Studio Centre, she has performed in numerous stage productions, including lead roles in Little Red Riding Hood and The Wizard of Oz, as well as One Man, Two Guvnors at the Adelphi Theatre in London and on Broadway, and Into the Woods at the Royal Opera House. She appeared as Alison in The IT Crowd (2008) and as Miriam in Hotel Babylon (2009).
Toase is known for playing Alecto Carrow in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009), Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 (2010) and Part 2 (2011). Her other screen credits include Mrs Cole in Emma. (2020) and Helen Lyppiatt in Present Laughter (2019).
