Biography
Terel Gibson is an American film and television editor. He served as editor on Boots Riley’s Sorry to Bother You (2018) and I Love Boosters (2026). Other feature credits include Ready or Not (2019), The Last Full Measure (2020), We Are Your Friends (2015) and Mr. Roosevelt (2017).
Gibson is a graduate of Emory University. He began his career in the editorial department, working as first assistant editor or additional editor on films including Little Miss Sunshine (2006), Orphan (2009) and The Fighter (2010). He has cited mentors Lisa Churgin and Pamela Martin as influences on his approach.
In television, Gibson edited episodes of Hawkeye (2021) and Skeleton Crew (2024).
