Biography
Thomas Baker is an American cinematographer and technical artist who has worked extensively in the camera and animation departments at Walt Disney Animation Studios. Born on 10 October 1961 in Mission Hills, California, he is credited as director of photography on the animated feature The Emperor's New Groove (2000), where he also served as scene planning supervisor.
Baker's other credits include stereography or stenographer roles on films such as Frozen (2013), Wreck-It Ralph (2012), Big Hero 6 (2014) and Moana (2016), as well as scene planning or layout work on Treasure Planet (2002), Meet the Robinsons (2007) and Bolt (2008). He has contributed to numerous Disney productions since the early 1980s in roles ranging from motion-control camera operation to CGI layout.
