Biography
Tiny Nicholls was a British costume designer and wardrobe supervisor. He worked in the costume and wardrobe departments on numerous British and international films from the late 1960s onwards, often credited as wardrobe supervisor or costume supervisor.
His supervisor credits include The Omen (1976), Alien (1979), The Empire Strikes Back (1980), The Elephant Man (1980), Outland (1981) and Aliens (1986). He later took lead costume design roles, including on The Fourth Protocol (1987) and several television films and series such as Doomsday Gun (1994), London Suite (1996) and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (1997).
Nicholls received Emmy nominations for his work. He was born in 1922 and died in July 2012.
