Biography
Turlough Convery is an Irish actor born on 18 March 1991. He grew up in Northern Ireland and attended Rockport School in Holywood and Our Lady and St Patrick's College in Belfast, where he received drama prizes. He trained in musical theatre at the Guildford School of Acting and won the 2013 Stephen Sondheim Society Student Performer of the Year Award.
Convery is known for his television roles including Bear in the third series of Killing Eve (2020), Arthur Parker in Sanditon (2019–2023), Liam in My Mad Fat Diary (2014–2015) and Tom Harry in Poldark (2015–2016). His film credits include Ready Player One (2018), Saint Maud (2020) and Belfast (2021). Other appearances include episodes of Black Mirror (2014) and House of the Dragon (2024).
